Menu Plan: October
This is not really a part of the 31 days series, just a post I do sometimes to celebrate the fact that the menus are done!
This week:
Monday: Chicken Noodle Casserole (from All Recipes)
Tuesday: Crock-Pot Beef Stew, Roasted Butternut Squash.

Wednesday: Shrimp Stir Fry w/rice and zucchini.

I'm not sure whether we're having Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday or Monday yet.
