Just in Time

Yesterday:

Four windows upstairs, two down.

Before:



After:


Then we went to my Mom's and plastic'ed up two skylights in her eating nook.

Today:
Minus 20 C right now( -4 F)
Expected high: -17 today (1.4 F).
We're not even going to mention wind chill.

I cannot say how grateful I am that a fund raising bottle drive for Girl Guides scheduled for today was cancelled. I just found out minutes ago.

    I am so going to stop compaining now. We are a balmy 30 degrees with snow.

    Brrrr....

    Here in South Georgia it got close to freezing the other night and you should have heard the complaints! Right now it's 72 F. Of course, the downside is that we get to sweat on Christmas Day LOL. No white Christmas for us!

    Oh no! I talked to my brother in Vancouver today and they have snow too! We've got nothing! A bit chilly, but still very fall-like with lovely coloured leaved and sun! So sorry you've got winter already....

    Just in time, you plastic'd just in time... (pretty soon I'll be dancing around the room. It'll help me to keep warm.)

    Cold here, too, and snowy. Why do we live in this Winter Place? (The reason the phrase is "Winter Wonderland" is because people wonder why they live in this land in the winter.)

    No, let's not think about the wind chill.

    Gee, that's cold. We are still having above zero temperatures, very dark and dull.
