I bought one right befo...Love the 5-minute journal! I bought one right before the new year and do the same thing. I bought it so that I could incorporate some gratitude practice into my life. <br /><br />My book is a 5-year journal; there's a page for each day of the year, with space for 5 year's worth of entries. (So, only a few lines per day.) Just enough space to write 3 things for which I'm grateful each day. Haven't been as faithful in writing it as I'd like, but it's becoming a habit.
